I cannot recommend Jacquie and her team highly enough! My parents gifted me with the opportunity to design a stunning ring for my 21st birthday, and the entire process of creating it was just as special as the finished piece itself. Over two wonderful months, I had the pleasure of working closely with Jacquie to bring my vision to life. I came to her with an idea, and she transformed it into the most beautiful design I could have imagined. She then sourced the most gorgeous stones and made my dream ring a reality. Every step felt thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely exciting. What made the experience even more remarkable is that I'm a student studying in Edinburgh, and being able to do everything online made the whole process seamless. Despite the distance, Jacquie made me feel so involved and cared for throughout — it never once felt impersonal. The ring itself is absolutely fabulous, and the experience of creating it was just as magical. A huge thank you to Jacquie and the entire team for their talent, patience, and care. 2025 Jackie and her team have designed and made three pieces of jewellery for me. Two rings and earrings. I live in the UK but holiday in South Africa every year. She easily overcomes the distance while we plan the work especially agreeing the design. It is always a delight to arrive at the doors of her shop, receive such a welcome and see the finished jewellery! The workmanship is exceptional, the quality of the design and settings fantastic. She understands her client , takes time to see what you like and helps with what she thinks will suit you. I cannot rate her professionism highly enough. A visit to her shop in franschhoek is a totally enjoyable experience, helped by the fact she and all of her team are such nice people! February 2026, An unbelievably talented designer! Jackie and her team are simply fantastic. She is able to see gems, understand and feel the customers’ requirements.
